Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden orange amber with a frothy pale tan head that settle to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Ripe tropical and stone fruit runs the show, a little citrus, just a hint of pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Juicy tropical and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, ripe pineapple, passion fruit, papaya, and a hint of melon, a little spicy pine, a bit of citrus, tangerine and a touch of grapefruit, slight wheat twang, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: Nectaron has quickly become one of my favorite new hops, so I had to try this one out. Super easy drinking, Simcoe's contribution was surprisingly soft. Wheat twang started to poke through on the last couple sips, but that's probably more on me as I got side tracked mid pint and let it warm up more than I would normally.
