Blend of Barrel Aged Golden Sour Ale refermented with whole cluster Pinot Noir grapes from Christie Vineyards
We crushed whole cluster Pinot Noir grapes straight from the vineyard and racked in 10 month old golden sour to co-referment on the skins, seeds, and stems, then let stabilize and condition for many months. The result is a nice wine forward mixed fermentation beer with notes of natural wine.
