DDH Foggy IPA with Citra and Riwaka
Malt bill consisting of 2-row, flaked wheat and a super high protein hard red wheat for extra fluff and fog. Hopped pretty much 50/50 with our selected Citra and selected Riwaka.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces quite nicely.
S: Ripe citrus, tropical and stone fruit, light melon, subtle grassy earthy undertones, biscuity malt, a touch of wheat, and a little caramel sweetness.
T: Bright juicy citrus, orange, lemon lime, and a touch of grapefruit, plenty of tropical and stone fruit, apricot, peach, guava, passion fruit, melon, and a hint of papaya, subtle grassy earthy undertones, floral notes, a touch of twangy wheat, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I'm always a fan of the bright citrusy notes that Riwaka brings, and it's hard to go wrong with Citra. My only mild critique is that there's something about how the wheat carries through that slightly muddies the waters.
