Clear amber brew with abundant foam in the Troubadour tulip. Lovely aroma of orange and honeydew melon. This is hoppy and fruity and rather dry, but in a pleasant way. The New Zealand hop flavors are green melon as usual with a dose of citrus. Starts out with a malty touch and then veers toward the acidic in the finish. Still it's West Coast from start to finish. Overall this is quite a pleasant hoppy brew, but quite sharp. From the 16 oz can purchased in southern Calif. Not dated.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Lively zesty citrus, resinous pine, a touch grassy, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and a a touch of caramel sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, lemon, lime, grapefruit, and a touch of tangerine, resinous pine, exotic, tropical, and stone fruit, pineapple, gooseberry, mango, blueberry, apricot, passion fruit, and white grape, a little grassy, biscuity slightly crackery malt, and just a touch of caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderate carbonation, crisp.
O: Bright, crisp, balanced, super tasty Westy.
