Our first foray into fermenting our beloved Socks & Sandals with our house Brett culture. We brewed our normal Socks but with some added raw wheat to provide some more complex dextrins for the wild yeast Brettanomyces to munch on, the slower fermentation of Brett means this beer took a bit more time than normal Socks, but displays funky Brett notes as well as some punchy pineapple fruit notes with that lovely underlying Socks IPA that we all love.
