West Coast IPA with Simcoe, Mosaic, Nectaron, Cashmere
Another fresh WC IPA, this one utilizing all hand selected lots of Simcoe, Simcoe cryo, Mosaic, Nectaron, and Cashmere. Meant to be dry and cripsy with moderate bitterness.

16oz can. Dating stamp on can bottom reads '12/13/22' (somewhat illegible).
Mostly clear, pale gold colored body. Two fingers of pillowy white head; this persists as a thick fluffy cap. Leaves behind strings and rings of lacing.
Aroma is citrus orange/grapefruit and pine.
Taste has a malt base but the more expressive flavors come from hops - orange, pine, melon, strawberry, and a touch of mint. Hops persist in the aftertaste. Bitterness is moderate. Sweetness acts to balance this.
Medium mouth feel. Crisp and drier finish. Excellent carbonation.
Bitterness comes to the fore with a big gulp but is quickly mellowed out by the sweetness. Lots of hop flavors, but no onion.
