DDH Hop-Fused TIPA with Laurel Cryo, Motueka, & Copper
A deep fog malt bill with lots of flaked and raw wheat as well as flaked oats. Aggressively hopped with a unique line up, including a new one for us Loral cryo. Loral straddles the line between old world and new world hop aromatics with notes of dark fruit, floral, lemon-citrus, and pepper so we paired it with a couple of our favorite hops that we thought would compliment it well, in a saturated hop fused TIPA.
