DDH Foggy IPA with Citra & Nectaron
we wanted to brew a straightforward version of what we think we excel at (Fog, among other things) and include two of our current favorite hops to represent a celebration and nod to 6 years.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Juicy tropical and stone fruit, a little ripe citrus, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Ripe tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, peach, apricot, guava, lychee, mango, and subtle melon, a little citrus, tangerine and lemon lime, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderately soft carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: It's not crazy complex, but they pulled some really nice flavors out of 2 great hops. Wouldn't mind the intensity and IBUs being a touch higher, but a straight forward foggy IPA it is indeed. Happy 6th Humble Sea!
