Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours fairly hazy golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Zesty citrus, tropical, exotic, and stone fruit, a little resinous and, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Bright citrus, lemon lime, grapefruit, and a little tangerine, exotic, tropical and stone fruit, pineapple, gooseberry, mango, guava, white grape, peach, passion fruit, and a hint of grape candy, resinous pine, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: A touch on the fuller side of medium body, slightly prickly moderate carbonation, creamy smooth on the finish.
O: Don't think I've come across this hop combo before, but it works really well; nice balance and complexity. This one is more of a modern style West Coast IPA, but it's got a few more IBUs than most to help balance all the fruity sweetness. Good stuff!
