TDH Hop Fused Foggy TIPA with Citra cryo, Nelson, Motueka Hop Kief, and Rakau
This beer was brewed originally at Garage Project in New Zealand when Director of Brewing Operations Nick Pavlina was out there for hop harvest last March! We loved it so much we decided to brew a version on our end to pour at the Firestone Walker Invitational. This beer has TONS of NZ hops and hop products combined with one of our fave US products, Citra cryo, for a joooosey TIPA version. Expect notes of cantaloupe, guava, and peaches and cream on the nose followed by a sweet, creamy mouthfeel.
