DDH Foggy IPA with Citra and Callista. A collaboration with FrauGruber Brewing
The intention of this beer was to create some really cool new age flavors while still attempting to conform to the German Beer purity law "Reinheitsgebot" - We blended a cool "wild" yeast strain in this one with our house yeast. The yeast is supposed to produce mega tropical esters that do well with the fruity flavors of Callista, so expect notes of sweet fruit, citrus, caramel cream, and fresh berry.
