Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and leaves a little nice lacing.
S: Lively citrus, resinous, spicy herbal notes, underlying tropical and stone fruit, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Resinous, citrus, grapefruit, big orange, and some lemon lime, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, strawberry, apricot, peach, mango, and pineapple, a hint of bubble gum, spicy herbal notes, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: On the fuller side of medium body, mild to moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: This hop combo comes together beautifully. Really nice balance and complexity. This one is a winner.
