A slightly different take on a West Coast pale. Since we don't *typically* use galaxy very often in West Coast beers (especially pales), we thought it would be a nice lil fun compliment to sprinkle some in a Mosaic heavy pale for some hop punch.
TASTING NOTES: Tropical fruit, berries, passionfruit, peach, and citrus notes
RAD DETAILS: Mosaic heavy Pale Ale with a twist. We've added a sprinkle of Galaxy hops for that subtle, extra hop punch that will blow your dome off!

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden orange amber with a frothy pale tan head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Plenty of tropical and stone fruit plus some blueberries, ripe citrus, a little pine, floral notes, bready malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Floral, citrus, lemon, lime, and orange, tropical and stone fruit, mango, peach, apricot, blueberry, passion fruit, and a hint of pineapple, a little pine, plenty of bready malt, and some caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation.
O: Feels like an old school pale ale malt bill, but with some new school hops. I'd love to see what it would be like if they lightened it up and dried it out. I wouldn't go out of my way for it, but I'd happily have another pint.
