DH Hop Fused Foggy TIPA with Citra Cryo, Rakau Hop Kief, Motueka, and Sabro
This beer smells of lemon candy with a burst of ripe mango on the finish. We brewed it with several different hop products used at specific times throughout the brewing process to highlight the qualities of both the hop variety as well as the uniqueness of the different hop products.

Canned 9/19/23. “Kooks since forever” stamped on the bottom of the can
I’ve heard some pretty great things about Humble Sea, so when I saw this one on Tavour I knew it’d be worth a shot. Let’s crack it open and find out what all the hype is about
Pours a hazy orange gold with 3 fingers of soapy off white head that slowly fades to a thin cap and leaves minimal lacing
The nose is super vibrant, definitely sweet and tropical but nicely balanced. I’m picking up on aromas of underripe mango, pineapple juice, bready malt, dank weed, toasted coconut, grassy hops, lemon zest, and orange marmalade
It doesn’t have quite the same intensity in taste but it’s still great for what it is. On the front end of the sip I’m tasting mango juice, toasted coconut, grassy hops, bready malt, tangerine, pineapple juice, light weed, and orange zest. The swallow brings notes of toasted coconut, jammy apricot, underripe mango, pineapple juice, grassy hops, bready malt, and light weed
A medium body pairs with gentle carbonation, resulting in a slick beer. Finishes bone dry without a hint of the 10.4% abv
This is a very good first showing for Humble Sea. I’ll have to get more from them
