Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some nice kinda spotty lacing.
S: Starts with grassy resinous spicy piney notes and citrus before a little tropical and stone fruit pokes through, a bit floral, all held together with crackery biscuity malt and just a touch of honey sweetness.
T: Resinous spicy pine, citrus, grapefruit, lemon, and lime, underlying fruity notes slowly come out to play, mango, white peach, apricot, passion fruit, and guava, a touch grassy, floral notes, crackery biscuity malt, and just a hint of honey sweetness on a fairly finish.
M: Medium body, moderate carbonation, on point.
O: This is right in my wheelhouse. Just a straight up clean classic West Coast IPA with a little modern refinement.
