Decocted North American Pilsner with Heirloom Corn, a collaboration with Gold Dot Beer
Lisa Allen and Kevin Davey from Gold Dot recently graced us with their presence. Hailing from just outside Portland, OR, Lisa, the driving force behind Heater Allen Brewing, has been redefining the lager game for years, following in the footsteps of her dad and his legendary Heater Allen Pils. Meanwhile, Kevin, former Head Brewer at Wayfinder Beer, brought his innovative spirit to the table, known for his groundbreaking "Cold IPA." Together, they've joined forces to create Gold Dot, brewing out of the Heater Allen facility and spreading their lager love far and wide.
For our anniversary, we've collaborated on a North American adjunct Pilsner featuring heirloom corn from Chiapas, Mexico and traditional cereal mash with high quality domestic Pilsner malt, Willamette, and Lorien hops.
