TDH West Coast IPA with Ocho, Simcoe Cryo, and Mosaic. A QUADRUPLE collaboration with Von Ebert Brewing, Industrial Arts Brewing, & Meanwhile Beer
Sam from Von Ebert initiated this incredible journey, bringing together all four breweries in a quest to push the boundaries of German Pils and West Coast IPA styles. Through shared ideas and relentless dedication, we've created a beer that embodies the essence of modern West Coast IPA, utilizing innovative hopping techniques and a blend of unique and classic hop varieties.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a frothy off white head that settles to a firm layer and laces nicely.
S: Citrus, a bit grassy, pine, floral notes, a touch herbal, faint fruity notes, and slightly grainy bready malt.
T: Lively citrus, grapefruit, lime, and lemon, resinous pine, floral notes, faintly dank grassy herbal notes, subtle underlying fruity notes, apricot, peach, passion fruit, blueberry, and a hint of apple towards the back end, grainy bready malt, and a fairly dry finish.
M: A touch on the lighter side of medium body, moderately lively carbonation,
O: Nice bright zesty Westy. Can definitely taste a little Pils influence, and it works. Always love when collabs come up with something cool and unique thanks to what the contributors bring to the table.

Humble Sea + Industrial Arts + Von Ebert + Meanwhile collaboration.
Pours a light gold. Touch of the tropics in the sip, with a light bitterness on the end. Easy drinking. Nothing flashy
