TDH Hop Fused Foggy DIPA crafted in collaboration with the brilliant minds at Brujos Brewing
Sam from Brujos Brewing has amassed a dedicated following with his hop-saturated creations, and we were honored to join forces with him for this monumental beer. Drawing inspiration from his signature style, we've brewed up a SUPER saturated, deep foggy DIPA packed with Citra Incognito, Nelson Cryo, Peacharine, and Galaxy hops.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden amber with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces beautifully.
S: Rich almost over ripe tropical, exotic, and stone fruit, melon, spicy pine, zesty citrus, earthy grassy tones, a touch floral, biscuity malt, and caramel honey sweetness.
T: Big almost over ripe tropical, exotic, and stone fruit, pineapple, melon, apricot, gooseberry, peach, white grape, and papaya, plus hints of banana and red berries, citrus, lime, grapefruit, lemon, and tangerine, spicy pine, slightly earthy grassy notes, a bit floral, biscuity malt, and plenty of caramel honey sweetness.
M: Full body, moderate carbonation, creamy smooth.
O: Big and rich, yet still balanced and drinkable on a hot day. Definitely has some unique things going on.
This is the last anniversary collab I was able to get my hands on, so it's a fitting a time to wish Humble Sea a happy 7th anniversary. Cheers to many more years and fun beers.

Sweet tropical hoppy, a hint of stonefruit, orange-tangerine citrus, and an earthy-citrus nose on this one! Taste follows with a slightly muddled, earthy hoppy, and a slightly thin finish...color wasn't all that great either. I had this about five days after canning and I know it hasn't fallen off that quickly...maybe a bad can? I didn't pick up much Nelson or Peacharine, unfortunately. And this is definitely way more Humble Sea than Brujos...
