Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a light layer and laces nicely.
S: Juicy tropical and stone fruit, a little citrus, sulphury grassy herbal notes, resinous pine, a touch of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
T: Tropical and stone fruit, guava, peach, apricot, mango, pineapple, blueberry, and passion fruit, citrus, orange, lemon lime, and a touch of grapefruit, a little resinous pine, subtle grassy herbal notes, bubble gum, biscuity malt, and caramel sweetness.
M: Medium body, mild to moderate carbonation, soft on the palate.
O: I can clearly pick up individual elements from all 3 hops, but they all come together quite nicely. Still not wild about the sulphury herbal note that HBC 586 brings, but it wouldn't stop me from having another.
