On tap at tasting room:
Minor amount of haze on the straw gold body, but a lovely what cap that sustains at about a cm depth as I drink. The carbonation that I see replenishing evaporated bubbles does provide a bit of a tingle to the feel.
The nose is slightly grain and grassy, and not too forthcoming. The taste starts with a light malt note with a dash of honey. Then a bit of husk comes on and pairs with a fairly bitter grassy hop. The finish has a hint of spice, as one would expect from the classic Czech hop Saaz. Pretty tasty for a lighter beer.
