Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours golden straw yellow with a slight chill haze and a frothy off white head that settles to a light layer and leaves some thin lacing.
S: Herbal, resinous pine, slightly spicy earthy notes, citrus, underlying tropical and stone fruit, berries, a bit grassy, wrapped up with some biscuity malt.
T: Resinous pine mixed with slightly spicy and dank earthy herbal notes, lively citrus, tangerine, lime, lemon, and grapefruit, berries, tropical and stone fruit, passion fruit, strawberry, apricot, blueberry, and mango, a bit grassy, hints of bubble gum, biscuity malt, and a fairly dry finish.
M: A touch on the fuller side of medium body, moderate carbonation, slightly chewy.
O: Checks the Westy boxes with a little new school flair from the Strata, and also a little extra body which keeps things smooth.
