Collab with The Dank Drive & Yakima Chief
Brewed with a super dank, ultra special lot of Columbus Cryo that Yakima Chief literally hand delivered to a few lucky breweries for this collab. Ours showed up via RV. As one does.
Expect pine, citrus, tropical punch, and that sticky-dank energy that makes hop nerds start monologuing.

Can poured into a Mountain Rambler Brewery pint glass
A: Pours slightly hazy golden yellow with a frothy cream white head that settles to a firm layer and laces very nicely.
S: Resinous pine, citrus zest, grassy slightly herbal notes, a touch peppery, red berries, underlying tropical and stone fruit, crackery biscuity malt, and a touch of sweetness.
T: Zesty citrus, grapefruit, lime, and tangerine, resinous pine, a bit peppery, red berries, raspberry and strawberry, underlying tropical and stone fruit, apricot, peach, passion fruit, and underripe mango, green grassy faintly herbal notes, crackery biscuity malt, and just a touch of sweetness with a fairly dry finish.
M: Medium size, moderate carbonation, crisp, faintly chewy.
O: The Superdelic is a fun counter punch to the piney Simcoe and Columbus. You get the classic Westy punch, but with some unique fruity notes behind it. Super cool one to try.

Clear golden amber with plenty of foam in the Tripel Karmeliet tulip. Aromatic with lime peel and green hay. Lovely sudsy and foamy mouthfeel. Light body, very tangy. Flavors of green melon and green apricot with a grapefruit soda finish. On the acidic side. Long bitter aftertaste, but fragrant as your taste buds numb. Overall this is a light and zippy hoppy brew, and more drinkable than the foggier brews from Humble Sea. Purchased at O’Shea Brewing. [Double dry-hopped with Simcoe, Superdelic, and Columbus]
