Growler consumed day after pour:
A hazy light gold body leads to a pale, matte look. Head is a bit light, but a medium collar produces decent lacing. I might've gone a notch low here as I debated this component. Noe is grassy hops sitting atop a decently bread-forward malt profile. It' isn't fresh-baked bread, but a solid grain and yeast combination that triggers my brain to bread; the hops bring in a bit of herb-laced focaccia, but the yeast is quite strong enough for that.
The taste follows, but the lingering grassy to herbal to watercress peppery hops really bring it home for me. It probably is a little too hop forward, overall, for a German Pilsner. Also, the hops seem powerful enough that they come across as mostly noble, but the peppery bite and ever so slightly minty (pine aspect) lean towards an American vibe on the style. But I am on board with the balance.

Appearance: Pours with a bubble show that quickly forms a two finger head over the clear goldenstraw liquid; excellent retention with clumps of lace
Smell: Straw, white bread, and spicy/grassy hops with a hint of lemon
Taste: Bread and straw forward with a touch of lemony sweetness underneath; through the middle, the spicy/grassy hops take over and bring a moderate level of bitterness to the finish
Mouthfeel: Light bodied with crisp carbonation
Overall: An excellent example of the sty a very nicely crafted German pilsner; just about as good as it gets on this side of the pond

On tap at Sabatinis in Exeter pa early this evening.
Clear golden yellow body, small white head, nice lacing. Aroma is lightly floral and grassy. On tasting, clean, smooth, mild hop bite, a touch of sweetness. Finish is very clean, no aftertaste, just an enticement to take another mouthful.
Overall, as fine a German Pilsner as you will find this side if the Atlantic.

From a 16oz can canned on 02/28/24
This is a beautiful clear pouring beer that is golden in color. A bit of carbonation bubbles are rising in the glass. The head that forms is quite fluffy and frothy looking, and white in color. Long lasting overall and some great lacing on the glass.
The aroma of this beer is a beautiful cereal grain smell. There's a slight floral aroma I get when I take in a deep smell of it.
Oh, wow! This beer is very complex. I get something in the flavor I didn't get off the aroma - hops. I get a beautiful cereal/grain flavor, which also has a slight buttery biscuit flavor. The floral element is way more than I was getting off the aroma. There's an earthy element to this beer. All these flavors just work to build each other.
Crisp, and very clean feeling. This beer actually has one hell of a body to it.
Damn solid, and I am really enjoying it a lot.

16oz can served in a footed pilsner glass. Can is dated 02/28/24. Received from @Roy_Hobbs in NBS BIF #18.
Pours crystal clear dark golden with a medium to large head that settles into thick rocky lacing and a clumpy, extra thick ring. Moderate active carbonation. Smell is moderate doughy/yeastiness, a little earthy bitterness, a little grass. Maybe more than a little grass. Some citrus hints floating around in there. But mostly it's about the grain and the yeast.
Taste is a little bit more about the hops. Grassy earthy bitterness is right up front, but the malt is certainly not in the background. Leans more grainy than doughy. Real strong crisp bitter finish.
Mouthfeel is very light and clean. Overall, this is a very nice beer.

A very German pilsener. If you don’t like it, you don’t like German pilsener.
To clarify: it’s not particularly spicy or floral or herbal, it’s very balanced. There’s that classic German noble hop character and it’s approachable but by no means mundane. Just a great pint

Pours an effervescent gold with one finger of eggshell colored head. Average head retention & lacing
S: Grassy, grainy, some floral hops, some doughyness
T: Grassy, a little lime, grainy sweetness & a kiss of dryness up front. Soapyness, grassyness, & lemons as this beer warms, some dryness too. Finishes a little dry with grassy bitterness & soapy hops & lime
MF: Medium body, crisp carbonation, pretty good balance
Super solid Pils, drink pretty easy

Can from the brewery in Salem, CT pours a clear straw gold with two fingers of rocky white head that sticks around, great lacing; smell is doughy wheat biscuits, funky sour grains, hint of grass zip; taste follows the nose with wheat biscuits, sour grains, bitter grassy/apple skin hop character that lingers; feel is medium bodied, crisp carbonation, dry finish. An assertively bitter and highly crushable pilsner.

Easily one of the best Pilsner’s produced in the US. Super crips and clean, no off flavors, appropriate grain profile. My god you could drink this all day

Absolutely classic look, fluffy head, clear body, great lacing.
Earthy and inviting aroma.
Flavor both earthy and floral, great interplay, very clean. Mild bitterness, not quite as much as I was looking for.
Moderate mouthfeel, not too light, just right to be satisfying without heaviness.
Overall: very refreshing and pleasant, lots of flavor but not overwhelming.
