Was not expecting a hazy beer from a pale ale can. But once past that it turned out to be an amazing beer.
The taste is full of slightly sweet fruits, cantaloupe and peach and some citrus.
A contrasting grapefruit accent was the only “edge” and overall the flavors just worked so well together.

16oz can courtesy of Roguer. Per the stamp on the bottom of the can, it was canned on October 12, 2022.

Poured into the glass, it was an opaque, tangerine shade of amber, with a creamy looking white head. Lots of lace.

Tropical and citrusy fruit aromas given off by the hops - apparently Mosaic and Motueka.

Fruity, slightly sweet up front, with flavors reminiscent of mango and melon. Gets a bit more bitter and grapefruity on the back end.

Medium bodied. Slightly oily, slightly creamy mouth feel. Hints at oats in the malt bill but not enough for me to think they were actually used.

Nice hazy pale ale that was a pleasure to drink this afternoon after doing a lot of cleaning out of a storage area. Would probably be lovely on a warm summer day, and isn't too shabby on a wintry one in mid November. Thanks, Andrew!

16 oz can poured into a willi becher glass. Pours a hazy golden yellow with a sudsy head. Decent retention and lacing. Aroma and flavor feature juicy citrus, sweet tropical fruit, and a solid wheat/malt base. Some hint of dank grassiness as well. Full, rounded mouthfeel. Really nothing to complain about at all. Overall, simply a fantastic modern APA. This easily gets an A+ in my book.

Pours a hazed gold with 3+ fingers of pearl colored head ( vigorous pour ). Above average head retention & lacing. Nice lacing & average head retention

S: Citrus & tropical fruits

T: Tangerine & Pomelo, a little dryness & green melon as well up front. Grapefruit, tangerine & dryness as this warms. Finishes with dryness & a nice citrus flourish to include lime, plus a little passion fruit

MF: Medium body, restrained carbonation

Solid APA, nice drinkability

Dwell from Fox Farm. Received from @Roy_Hobbs in BIF #14. 16 oz can. Stored at home at 40 degrees. Reviewed 18/10/21. Note that I use DD/MM/YY protocol.
Stamped on bottom of can “CANNED ON 09/08/2021”. Served at 42.0 degrees in a hand washed and dried Jester King snifter. Final temperature 54.8 degrees.
Appearance – 4.25
First pour – Straw (SRM 3), hazy.
Body – Straw (SRM 3), opaque. When rear-lite, approaching translucence and slight effervescence is visible.
Head – Large (Maximum 5.3 cm, aggressive center pour), white, medium density, diminishing to a two to eight mm crown topped by porcine torn curtain lacing, and a complete rocky cap. Second pour produces a high-density one cm crown
Lacing – good. Bands of tiny to small bubbles connected by thin columns and topped by torn curtain lacing.
Aroma – 4 – Initially citrusy hops followed by a bit of pineapple and herbal, no malt, no yeast.
Flavor – 3.75 – Flavor follows nose, initially pineapple-citrusy shifting to dank herbal and a touch of malt, no yeast. No ethanol (5.9 % ABV, as marked on container) taste or aroma. Slight gastric warming with each swallow, eventually fades. No dimethylsulfide or diacetyl.
Palate – 4.25 – Medium, almost creamy, soft carbonation.
Final impression and summation: 4 Aroma is stronger than the actual flavor and the herbal overtones are somewhat unusual for a pale ale – unusual but still tasty! Mouthfeel is unexpectedly smooth and satisfying.

Pint at The Grand Delancey in NYC.

Pours a pale yellow, huge creamy head. Smell is surprisingly piney. I do get a little mango-skin and resin, too.

Taste is citrus pith with tropical fruit hiding around the corner. Nice balance of fruity and bitter.

Mouthfeel is creamy yet dry with a slight grittiness. Overall, very good.

Picked-up a single can at Fox Farm Brewery in Salem, Connecticut for $3.75. My third brew reviewed from these guys. Canned on date this month. This is excellent.
