Made with custom, Maple smoked wheat from Thrall Family Malt (Windsor, CT) and Marynka and Lubelski hops from Poland. Effervescent, refreshing and full of flavor we’re excited to share this take on Polish Champagne.

This one pours a clear shimmery yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like fresh wheatiness, sharp grassiness, smoke, and a light breadiness.
This feels like an absolutely spot on take for the style, just perfect. There’s just the tiniest hint of tartness, barely there. It’s mostly wheaty and smoky in a wonderful way, with a lemony and bready crispness that I just adore.
This is light bodied, clean, and super drinkable.
I don’t get to drink this style very often, but from the small sample size I’ve had of them, it feels like Fox Farm has completely nailed this.

Pours clear, gold in color with one inch head. Taste is smoke and wheat. Medium light body, moderate carbonation, slightly bitter. Excellent rendering of the style. Plenty of smoke and lots of lager..nice beer.

16oz. Can served in a Nordic Cooler. Pours a lovely straw gold with a translucent clarity and a foamy, quarter inch, bright white head. Nose is lovely - light smoke up front and grassy notes at the back. Taste follows nose however, the smoke is more intense (not smoked meet like a rauchbier) but likely fragrant smoke from the fire. Finish is lightly medicinal. Mouthfeel is light in body with a crisp carbonation. Overall, very well crafted for an under-represented style.

Another excellent smoke beer from Fox Farm - but not their best.
In this case, while the smoke isn't overpowering, it's still a bit too much for the water-thin malt base. Some more heft and balance would make for an overall more rewarding experience.
Mouthfeel is fantastic, especially for the minuscule ABV.
