Three-year blend of lambic-inspired spontaneous beer finished in vino de naranja casks.
Contrary to other interpretations, in Andalucía (Southern Spain), orange wine is made with macerated bitter orange peel and aged (often via a solar method) before being served as a sweet but refreshing aperitif. After a year of additional aging, those barrels imparted a delightful depth on a most complex beer.
