Same recipe as our popular Holy Citra, except substituting Mosaic hops instead of Citra hops. Just like Citra hops, Mosaic delivers abundant citrus notes, but then delivers much more – the company who grows Mosaic claims people also note flavors such as pine, earthy, herbal, minty, bubblegum, blueberry or lime peel flavors. Take your palate on a voyage and see what you discover!

On tap at Fairmont, WV location.
First off, enjoyed this more than Double Citra.
A smooth, piney, floral experience. Slightly opaque. It was interesting to taste this alongside their Double Citra.

L Clear copper colored, some head and lacing which did not last very long
S The DIPAs from Stumptown (this one, Holy Citra and their triple IPA Big Boy Pants) are some of the best smelling beers ever. Just loaded with fruity and tropical hops, you get some peach, some mango, some pineapple, an orchard of smells.
T The taste follows the nose. Some beers smell great but the taste is meh. This, like their other DIPAs, is a unique take, as it is not bitter at all, but this is a clear beer, clearly juicy, but not in the NE style either. Also not a malt bomb, but there is some pale malt, and while pretty sweet (and I love bitter hop bombs) is not syrupy, is not cloyingly sweet.
F Easy to drink, smooth, a bit crisp and a bit creamy. This baby like all great beers is balanced
O Another great DIPA from tiny Stumptown Ales

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
