Brewed with Oak Smoked Wheat Malt, this beer has a clear, light golden color that is high in carbonation, but low in alcohol.
The beer was nicknamed "Polish Champagne" because of its high carbonation levels, and because it was valued as a high-quality beverage to be used for special occasions. Our special occasion for this beer is DYNGUS DAY!!

On-tap at Castleburg Brewery & Taproom, Richmond, VA
A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has no visible carbonation. It poured with just a narrow collar of off white bubbles around the edge of the glass.
S: Moderate aromas of fireplace smoke are present in the nose.
T: The taste has smoky flavors that are reminiscent to what you get sitting next to a campfire.
M: It feels light- to medium-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is very easy to drink for a smoked beer as it wasn't overly smoky or heavy on the palate. I found the smoke to be unique and it was more reminiscent to a fireplace or a campfire compared to the intense smoke that you normally see in raunchier.
