On tap at Aurora Ale & Lager Co in King's Ferry, NY. Collaboration with Upstate Brewing
This one pours a very hazy yellow color, with a small head, and lots of lacing.
This smells like spicy hops, mango, a kind of nuttiness, citrus, and grapefruit.
Sabro hops are very interesting, and they work pretty well here. Along with the expected blast of citrus and juiciness, there's a nice herbal bitterness, and even a touch of coconut.
This is juicy, crisp and drinkable, with a nice smooth and creamy finish.
Aurora Ale and Lager Co seems to be fully an IPA factory, but at least they do it fairly well.
