it was so dope to check this place out with my brother last week. he has been sending me cans out west to wherever i have been living since they opened it seems, and i have loved just about all of them, so it was a bit of a pilgrimage. it was cool to see just how rural this place is, out in the finger lakes wine country, gorgeous vistas here and lots of open spaces. you drive through the little town another mile or two and you end up here, looks like a farm from the front, and you walk around to enter from the lake side, grapes growing everywhere, property stretching way down to the water, and i can see why they have so much outside space, this place would be glorious in the summer, picnic tables on two sides of the building and a lot of good chill zones. inside its quaint and modern and artsy, somewhat unexpected, and we were really the only patrons on a weekday afternoon. a huge mural behind the tap wall is awesome, a view back to the brew house as well, barrels stacked up, lots of windows looking out over the lake, we posted up at a cozy table right in front of one. they have a small kitchen too, a killer wood fired oven but they only make pizza on the weekends apparently. good vibes in here, mellow tunes, and an impressive beer list that included tons of hoppy stuff, some sours, a big stout, a clever lager, and even an english classic. i was impressed with the diversity, but that was true before i ever even walked in here. they also had a cooler with a ton of cans to go, lots of options here. the esb was money, so was the unfiltered lager, less impressive were a dry hopped kolsch and a slightly sloppy imperial stout, but they have a good thing going here, tons of different beers but with an ipa focus. they were even wax dipping some mixed culture bottles when we were there, would love to dip into that side of their operation next time! really great experience here, cozy and welcoming taproom, dynamite liquid, definitely want to hit them up in the summer next time to take advantage of the patio. one of my favorite brewery visits all year this year. thanks to my brother for taking me out!

Great place. Small firepit outside for social distance during unplanned pandemics. They have takeout four packs including IPAs and Square for payment processing. Much likey.

Small tap room/brewery in rural NY Finger Lakes region. But has a decent 8-10 seat bar in a room with table seating, swag, etc. Nice outside table area set up overlooking Cayuga Lake. People are friendly, helpful, able to discuss their beers well. Started quiet and then surged with lots of visitors. Very upbeat crowd looking for good beer, as well as those trying out very good craft beer.
Enjoyed the visit; glad I came.

 

This place is flying under the radar while the beer itself is quickly shaping up to be some of the best west of the Hudson Valley.
