From a growler, filled yesterday.
Hazy orangey-gold, with light, quickly-dissipating white head.
Smells of sour mango, with hints of pineapple and citrus. Slight creaminess as it warms, as if there is lactose in it. (Not sure) Very enticing! (if you like sours)
Taste is pretty much as in the aroma, in the same proportions. Mostly mango, with a little pineapple, tangerine, lemon, and lime. A very tiny bit of creamy sweetness near finish. Moderately sour, with light lingering bitterness.
Feel is light-medium, & juicy, with very, very, fine , light carbonation tingle. Do wish it had slightly more carbonation.
Overall, fantastic sour NEIPA . Easy-drinking - could down this all day (if it wasn't 7.5% ;) ). Perfect brew for this hot summer day.
