New England Double IPA
Galaxy, Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic cryo, Sabro and Citra cryo hops. Cold-hopped, rich, ripe, unabashedly fruit-forward beer with generous amounts of the most ridiculous hop blend. A sensational overload of creamy, ripe, tropical fruits--decadent but balanced. This is one of our juiciest, creamiest beers yet, with a soft mouthfeel and finish.

A dense, creamy white head gradually settles to a thin veil. Patchy lace coats above dark gold (SRM 5), murky beer. The Spieglau IIPA glass showcases this nicely.
The aroma punches you in the face with pine needles and creamsicle. Interestingly, it also smells dusty. The hops are through the roof and rather harsh.
Bitterness is abrasive, with an almost entire absence of sweetness and fruit. Pith and pine lash the tongue to straw and hold it down for a long, acrid finish.
A full body and sharp texture. Alcohol is as expected, while the astringency is quite harsh.
On what planet would anyone consider this a NEIPA? That said, call it a Hazy West Coast IPA and Special Technique will score much better; both according to the style guide and one's expectations.
