Canned 9/17/20. Let sit out (65F) for about 10 minutes before pouring.
Murky pink, with slight orange tint. One finger of pale orangey-pink head, that is quite persistent. Leaves 1/4" ring, a thin sheet of surface coverage, and a tiny bit of lacing.
Smell is, unsurprisingly, a mix of fruit , with slight sweet, creamy vanilla. Initially, cherry, mango, and passion fruit are most noticeable, within a vague mix. The cherry pretty nearly disappears as the head fades. After that, it's mostly mango , with flashes of apricot .
Taste is a brief hit of passion fruit , then cherry(+guava?) creamsicle :ooo , then mango+papaya+apricot . The pineapple mixes in, and is hinted at, influencing the other flavors, but is not distinctly noticeable. There is a light, lingering sourness (from mango?) that nicely balances the sweet cherry creamsicle element. Overall, it leans sour.
Feel is thick, creamy, and juicy , with light, very, very fine softly prickly carbonation on the latter half. Overall, mouthfeel is fantastic, especially for a 5.5% beer.
('Course, the ~ metric sh*+-ton of fruit in this probably has something to do with that. ;) )
Overall, a wonderful beer. Not a fan of fruited beers in general, but this works, beautifully. Easy-drinking, and gone all too soon. Need another! :)
