IPA-Imperial/Double New...
These hops are zesty! Earthy and peppery bite...or boom! Over pine and peach notes. Orange zest with a dry, earthy bite that's pretty big. Those three hops are usually much more fruity and juicy, but dried peppery pineapple is more like it here.
