Pours a hazy straw yellow, 1" puffy white head, good retention and excellent lacing. Nose is doughy, lemongrass, lemon peel, wheat. Taste is follows - doughy, maybe even a little sourdough, fresh lemon zest, light wheat and grain. Slightly sweet as well, which gives me some Kölsch vibes. Feel is super crisp but with some weight and some slickness on the palate. Overall, this was very good, and surprised I haven't yet had anything from this brewery - will have to seek them out.

shared generously by my brother, but also grossly undersold. he kind of presented it as a ripper, a palate cleanser between some more interesting brews, but i really enjoyed this, fund it hearty yet drinkable, a perfect beer flavored beer for this time of year, well refined and clean, simple but not boring, seems almost lagered to me, snappy like that, nice grain character and freshness, a fine specimen worthy of a little more stoke in my opinion. golden and clear, frothy headed, sparkling carbonation, no frills looking pour from the can. tight nose, a little bready from what must be some pils malt, some light corn sweetness perhaps, earthy and grounded with good minerality before its sweet or anything, this is full grain though, nothing adjuncty or cheap, no metallics, no plastic, no weird linger in the flavor. it has faint biscuit notes, a little european thing to the grain, and a yeast thats near neutral but adds a little cohesive complexity to it, drying but non zero. faintly white winey, sudsy feeling and not that light as these go but it drinks light thanks to all the bubbles and the cleanliness. refreshing without being minimal, very well made, and the kind of beer that demonstrates how a cream ale is distinct from things like pale lager, kolsch, and blonde ale. lovely and quenching. wish we had a fridge full of them...
