From a can dated Oct 20 23. From the Instagram post: “We teamed up with our friends @civilsocietybrewing from sunny south Florida to brew a rendition of our Fresh Lobster label. Rock Lobster, also known locally as Spiny Lobster, is the local lobster found down south and the Caribbean in warmer waters. For this variation, we still used local wildflower honey, but we switched up the dry hop and hit it with an absolutely killer combo of Nelson Sauvin, HBC-586, and Sabro. The aroma is intense, filled with mango, peach gummies, melon, and overripe pineapple. It’s soft and over the top juicy, enveloping your palate with tropical fruit all the way to the finish. Safe to say we’ll be leaning hard into this hop combo in the future.” Nice NEDIPA but probably better closer to when it was canned.
