Local Juice is always 100% local New York State grains and hops. This wet hop version uses fresh harvested chinook hops that went vine to kettle in just a couple of hours. We also hit this with some chinook “terp sauce” for an extra kick if super dank!
Chinook Wet Hop Local Juice is one of those most insane hazy IPAs we have ever made. It’s absolutely firing on every cylinder. Color, aroma, juice, and bright with pineapple and dank aromas and lip-smacking velvety bitterness. This has all NYS grains and 180# of freshly harvest Triumph chinook hops along with chinook t90 and chinook terrace from @hopguild
