Espace Libre is our first beer brewed with Strata hops. The result is an explosion of flavors reminiscent of mango, tangerine and pineapple.

473ml can purchased from Peluso Rachel in Montreal, Quebec. Canning date of late September. Consumed November 15.
L: Hazy yellow appearance, nearly opaque, with two fingers of white foam. Some strands of lace linger on the glass.
S: Intense aromas of mango, papaya, clementine, and pineapple. Some taffy, biscuit, and white pepper. A bit herbaceous.
T: Mostly follows the nose.
F: Medium-full, super juicy MF. Soft, pillowy carbonation through middle. Zesty hop finish with subtle bitterness.
O: A hazy boi that actually lives up to the hype. Definitely recommend this one, even if you're not a huge fan of the style.

Can: Poured a cloud/hazy pale yellow color ale with large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of fresh tropical juice with nice hoppy floral undertones is quite enticing. Taste is dryer then expected with some tropical notes still perceptible with a dry aftertaste. Body is full with good carbonation. Enjoyable but dryer then expected.

A: Pours a brighter yellow than the two other beers I've had from the brewery. It is just Head is pure white, looks very creamy, has a really good retention and lacing.
S: Medium strength smell. Mangoes, pineapple, green banana and fresh ginger. No malt presence detected much in the smell.
T: Medium to strong intensity. Lots of pineapple, mangoes, clementines, green banana and fresh ginger. Slight bitterness with a clementine like dryness. The oatmeal is again pretty present in this one. Very dry.
M: Not as excellent as the Mirage but still very good. Quite full and round while still being light and fluffy. No stickiness at all.
O: Another very very solid IPA from BDBC and this one again shows how well they master the genre as the three IPA's I've had from them were all very good yet very different.
