473ml can purchased from Peluso Rachel in Montreal, Quebec. Canning date of October 26. Consumed November 17.
L: Cloudy, opaque, pale yellow hue with a sliver of white foam. Speckles of lacing line on the tulip.
S: Cantaloupe, nectarine, guava. Some passion fruit, evergreen, and gooseberry. Hint of basil.
T: Mostly follows the nose + a touch of caramel sweetness.
F: Full-bodied, silky smooth MF. Big juicy-sweet middle. Bold zestiness precedes long, warming finish. Low bitters.
O: A robust imperial hazy with quite a bit of complexity. Always welcome some bitterness in my IPAs and DIPAs, but overall this an impressive and satisfying beer.

Can: Poured a hazy/cloudy pale yellow color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of citrus hoppy notes with some floral hops undertones and some tropical notes. Taste is also a good mix of tropical and mango notes with some juicy citrus hops notes and juicy floral undertones. Body is full with good carbonation. Solid double NEIPA with a great showcase of tropical flavor hops.
