Bottle: Poured a slightly hazy golden/orange color ale with a large white foamy head with good retention and some lacing. Aroma of tart notes with some funky ester with some oak and light vinous notes. Taste is also a mix of funky ester with some oak and vinous notes and a dry finish with no acidity. Body is full for style with good carbonation. Really enjoyable wild ale with great level of complexity.

Very woody sour. Like a spotaneous.underipe is the consensus. They are still getting their Saison legs, it's fine, I'll use the rest in my slow cooker.
