Drinking this at The Hoppy Trout Brewing Company in Beautiful downtown Andrews NC.
Poured from a tap into a pint glass.
Looks slightly hazy golden yellow with a nice white foamy head that lasted.
Smells bready, floral spicy, yeasty.
Taste follows the nose nicely with the jalapeno coming in on the front of my palate by the third sip and building thereafter.
Mouth feel is medium for the style.
Overall, the jalapeno is a little overwhelming but, this is a good Saison that I would definitely order again.
