Didn't realize this was a gluten-adjusted beer when I bought it, which I guess lowered my expectations. However, this is a great pilsener, somewhat on the hoppy side and tasted very fresh with amazing lacing in the glass. Highly recommended.

So I put a can in the freezer for quick chill and 1 hour was too long and 1/2 of it was frozen. Even still this beer is very nicely hopped with noble hops and the aroma and taste are well done between the authentic malts and hops. I really thought Epic did a fine job with this one and its really one I'd recommend.
