Served in 10oz "shaker". Poured a clean, clear amber-gold color with less than 1/4 inch of white head that had low retention and lacing.
The aroma started with bright hops up front, and had a solid malt base.
The same on the tongue, the hops being a bit more assertive, and a slight bite of bitterness at the back end.
The body was medium-full, fairly typical for the style, and a touch of alcohol heat on the finish.
Drinkability was good, it would have been better served in a full pint.
Overall, a nice, solid take on the style. Worth a shot if you see it.
