Poured from 16oz can obtained at the brewery into a dimpled mug. Label says "date filled 23", which I assume is 1/23/23.
Appearance: light golden hue with just the tiniest hint of haze and a nice effervescence. Head is a finger of frothy eggshell foam. Not bad!
Smell: grainy aroma with a bit of lagery yeast character and perhaps the lightest touch of noble hops. Not perfect, perhaps, but a perfectly decent pale lager.
Taste: lightly sweet malt with a bit of graininess and a pretty crisp lager taste. Like the aroma, hops are quite light; there's also a hint of an aftertaste here that is just a little bit like you'd get in an adjunct lager, with a bit of a plasticy type character. That kinda sounds bad -- perhaps I'm making it out worse than it is. But it's just a light imperfection I don't love.
Mouthfeel: medium body with a moderate carbonation and decent creaminess.
Overall: for its (minor) flaws, it's still a totally quenching and quaffable beer. I can dig it.

Pours a crystal clear golden color. Thick, frothy white head forms on the beer before quickly dissipating leaving just a thin ring of foam along the outside of the beer. Aroma has notes of sweet bready malts, a slight mineral note, some mild skunky like notes and a touch of dried grass. I was expecting an American lager - but on the nose this is far more akin to a Euro pale lager.
Taste follows the nose with notes of white bread, light pilsner malts, some moderate sweetness, a touch of grass, with just a hint of moderately bitter, spicy hops. Feel is light to medium bodied, pretty crisp. Moderate carbonation. Sweet finish.
Overall, a decent Euro pale lager.
