A Mexican lager brewed exclusively for The Black Cat Bistro, 3 blocks away, where I had this quality beer.
Thin and creamy, white head. Light golden appearance. Restrained, caramelized, light toasted malt and a weency amount of floral/herbal hop and yeast aroma. A bit restrained flavor and body wise, for a Mexican lager, although this is very nicely balanced and has a pilsner type, floral/herbal hop flavor and bite, as well. Tasty, light toasted malt, provides around half of the taste. Good beer!
