Poured from a 16 oz. can. Has a golden/orange color with a 1/2 inch head. Smell is of oranges, some mango. Taste is the same as the aroma, light pine is present as well. Feels medium/full bodied in the mouth and overall is a fine beer.

Very pleasant American double IPA; strong yeasty, peachy aroma not unlike cobbler. Foamy, smooth mouthfeel with a strong lime zest kick at the front, biting hops character. Nice, smooth aftertaste with strong orange-y note. Actually quite lower bitterness than expected.

Thin Man Brewery IPA Imperial / Double
Notes:
Papaya and bubblegum in the nose. Clear golden color. Thin look. Part watery and part crisp in feel. Very light vibe. Spicy earth, white grapes and stone fruit complexity in the hops. Juicy yes, also light and thin. 8% abv. Seems impossible in this one.

Pours a hazy to milky dull pale yellow with a finger plus of tight bubbly to foamy white head.
Aroma has notes of grainy cereal malt, pineapple, mango, tropical fruit - ripe orange - hints of pine resin.
Starts sweet on the palate - clean pale malt, sweet orange, big notes of pineapple and tropical fruit, a touch of piney hops and just a slight pithy bitterness at the back to accent the flavours.
Smooth light side of medium mouthfeel - bright and crisp and honestly exceptionally hard to believe this is 8% ABV.

pours straw yellow. Cloudy, cloudy, with big white head and good lacing.
Tropical smells, fresh cut grass, bit of a mustiness as well
Candy sweetness right out of the gate on a sip. Big pineapple. some lemon peel. But all sweet. Bubbly feel and savory long sweet finish. Lack a big alcohol lunch I might expect from a DIPA
Choppy juice bomb. still has enough big flavors to make it work. Decent

Can dated 4/21/22 into pint glass. Pours a murky light gold with a nice off-white head. Good lacing. Initial impression is orange rind, spices, and pine resin - nicely balanced by a restrained caramel malt. Kind of sweet but not really - the sweetness just offsets the hops. Mouthfeel is clean and refreshing. Finish fades to a dry, slightly spicy bitterness. Overall, a very enjoyable DIPA.

Thin Man Brewery "Bliss"
16 fl. oz. can coded "07-FEB-2022"
$3.79 @ Total Wine & More, Cherry Hill, NJ
Notes via stream of consciousness: It's poured a cloudy yellow-gold body beneath a twofinger thick head of rocky bright white foam. The aroma is fresh and bright with orange, sweet red berries, peach, a hint of pine, and some earth, herbs, and spcie over a straightforward, sweetish golden malt base. The taste is a bit more complex, or at least fuller. It's sweetish but not to the point that it can't mostly dry in the finish leaving some pine, herbs, spice, and earthiness lingering. The bitterness is moderate but there's a little bit of acidity to it overall, a touch of hop bite, and some alcohol that help to dry it. Back to the hop notes, is there anything I missed? Did I say peach? Yes. I'd say sweet nectarine as well. Basically the same, right? Passionfruit. It's a little bit floral as well. If I had to guess at what hops are in use here I'd say mainly Mosaic, if not 100%, and they're definitely my favorite hops for this kind of beer. Back to the malt, it seems like there are both wheat and oats in here as well as 2-row brewers malt. The head has held up well so far and the lacing is impressive. This is a very easy to drink but also satisfying beer. How strong is it? 8.0%. Yeah, that seems about right. You know the alcohol is there but it doesn't jump out at you. In the mouth it's medium bodied but leaning towards medium-full because of all the extra proteins. All in all I'm finding this really well done overall, and it's very nicely balanced on the sweetish-but-then-drying side. Some might argue that the hop complexity isn't as full as it could be but sometimes less really is more. I could go for this one again.
