A: The beer is crystal clear yellowish amber in color and has a moderate amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high beige colored head that quickly settled down, leaving delicate wisps of bubbles on the surface and a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light aromas of sourness are present in the nose along with hints of grapefruit citrus.
T: The taste follows the smell and is quite sour with notes of grapefruit and a slight amount of bitterness.
M: It feels just about medium-bodied and somewhat tart on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This is an interesting beer that tastes like a hybrid between a sour ale and an IPA. It has a good balance between the sourness and citrus in both the smell and taste.
