On tap at Harlem Public, NYC.
Pours a clear golden color with a modest head. The head soon dissipates and displays thin ring like lacing.
Aromas highlight citrus fruit, grapefruit and a touch of lime. Hints of herbal dank and cracker malt.
Taste opens citrusy and juicy, with notes of grapefruit, lime and berries. Furthermore, the taste also highlights dry cracker malt, moderately sweet bready malt and caramel. However, the middle palate soon develops a dryness, with notes of resin and pine and moderate bitterness.
Medium bodied, smooth and with a moderate carbonation. The finish is clean and dry.
A decent and sessionable IPA.

West Coast IPA among a flight of IPAs from Thin Man. Moderately cloudy orange. Sweet & juicy but not too fruity. Sweet pine, citrus with no astringent bitterness. Quite good!
