Collaboration with Aslin Beer Co.
We brewed this 5.8% sour with strawberries, pineapple, marshmallow, vanilla, and milk sugar. A cosmic, tart, rainbow sherbet surprise. Super soft, fruity, creamy, with a tart pineapple kick.

A: The beer is a little hazy yellow in color with some reddish hues and a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that quickly died down, leaving a thin collar around the edge of the glass and some small patches of bubbles on the surface.
S: Light to moderate aromas of strawberries are present in the nose along with notes of vanilla.
T: The taste follows the smell and is a bit sweet with flavors of strawberries and notes of lactose, marshmallows, and vanilla.
M: It feels nearly medium-bodied and smooth on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This makes for a nice dessert beer. It has nice aromas and flavors of strawberries, which are something that aren't usually prominent in beers that use them as ingredients.
