A: The beer is clear yellow in color and has a slight amount of visible carbonation. It poured with just a thin white head that quickly died down and left just a narrow collar around the edge of the glass.
S: Light to moderate aromas of green grapes are present in the nose.
T: The taste starts off with flavors of green grapes and finishes with hints of chunky yeast and biscuit malts.
M: It feels medium-bodied and slightly chewy on the palate with a moderate amount of carbonation. There is also a bit of dryness.
O: This beer tastes like a hybrid between a Kölsch and a Kellerbier/Zwickelbier.
